A Rhyme to Knit With

Published by thiselfknits at 9:20 pm under Knitting

We are teaching my daughter how to knit and we were looking for some rhymes to help her. Here are a few that I have found. I’m posting them so that i don’t lose them and to share with you.

A rhyme to knit with:

In through the front door,
once around the back,
peek through the window,
and off jumps jack.

A rhyme to purl with:

In front of the fence,
Catch the goat,
Back we go,
Jump off the boat!

Under the fence,
Catch the sheep,
Back we come,
Off we leap!
