Salamander Socks

Published by thiselfknits at 9:24 am under WIPs

I have another pair of socks in progress right now.  I figured it was a great time to tackle the fingering weight yarn hurdle.  I tried to knit a pair in fingering weight last year but the pattern was a bit too complicated.  That sock is waiting to be frogged and tried again.  Anyway these are for my daughter and I let her pick out the yarn from my stash.  I love making her socks cause they knit up so fast.  She picked some yarn from Elliebelly.  It is her BFL sock yarn in the Salamander colorway.  I am loving how this yarn is striping.  I've started the heel and will hopefully have these done next week.

I have quite the to do list to finish before the end of the month.  I need to finish that second soaker sack and my felting project for February in my Stash Knit Down Challenge.  Fun!
