I have been unable to access the dashboard for my blog the last few days and some exciting things have happened. It has been driving me crazy. Come to find out that it was a problem with one of my plugins. It is temporarily solved and I am back in business. Yay!

While I was gone the July shipment of the Seven Deadly S(p)ins Club arrived. This month’s sin is Sloth. The package is for a beautiful hat meant to be knit as you lay around all summer. Sounds wonderful. And it is a small project that won’t get you over heated as it is draped across your lap.

I love that the designer for the pattern is a guy that knits. Seeing as how my husband is a knitting guy, it is nice to know there are more of them out there. It was inspired by his childhood in the Andes mountains.

The yarn is beautiful as always. I love the Unique Sheep’s yarn and colorways. There is black Angora to line the earflaps and two skeins of Footprints. The colorways are Siesta Fiesta and Studmuffin. Funny

The extras are very nice too. They included loose leaf tea! I have a bit of an obsession with loose leaf tea so I was very excited to see it. There is also a sloth notepad, a club button for my knitting bag, and a stitch counter.

I have quite a few things to work on in my queue before I can get to this, but I definitely will want this finished. Before winter preferably. That I will be spending in Germany! More on that later…
