June 2008 Woolgirl Sock Club
Drove home today after my daughter’s end of the year school picnic to find a priority mailbox on my front porch. That means it is once again time for the Woolgirl Sock Club! Yay! I’ve included a picture and description below. Don’t click unless you want a spoiler.
The first thing I noticed right away was that Dashing Dachs died the yarn. Hilary has an amazing eye for color and her yarns are always so nice. Then I noticed the theme. It was all about frogs. Jenn was inspired by having to rip or frog a piece when you have made a mistake. Rip it, rip it. Here is the Froggin Woolgirl Sock Club:

I went with the sport weight yarn version. The colors do look like a tree frog. It is a variation of the Dashing Dachs Goldfish colorway but definitely based on a frog.
I can’t wait to get started on these. Right after I start and finish my Reina socks of course
