Wrath or perhaps something nicer?

seven deadly spins spoilerGood thing I just turned the heel on my second Gluttony sock, as the second shipment in the Seven Deadly S(p)ins Club arrived today. I had no idea what the sin might be or what the kit would contain, as I have stayed away from spoilers. Click the link if you want to be spoiled.


This month’s sin was Wrath, but they decided to Spin that into Peace. And peaceful it is. All based around bath items, the yarn is a lovely blue Pima Cotton. The pattern is for a wash cloth with a sheep pattern and a soap sack. This will be a wonderfully quick project in comparison to the last pair of socks. Don’t get me wrong, I love socks. I also like quick projects too. Here are some pictures:

Just like the first kit, this month’s goodies are wonderful. Milk and Honey handcrafted soap, little sheep shaped soaps, bath salts, a beeswax candle, a sheep stitch marker, and a chocolate lamb. Yum! Oh and two tea bags too. It all smells so wonderful and is definitely helping me to find my inner peace.

The note with the kit said it was light on yarn, but later projects will make up for it. Wonder what will be next?

    It was offered from several retailers, http://www.woolgirl.com being one of them. You could email her and see if she has had any cancellations. It has been super fun and I love knowing I am getting something new every other month.

    Cool on the mower. What do you think of it so far?
